This is a genuine pre-owned holiday decoration with the distinctive appearance of the traditional plastic blow molds that have been used in Christmas displays for decades. Its tall candle shape, rich maroon color, green holly decoration, yellow flame tip, and gold piping give it the appearance of a traditional Christmas candle while also making it an interesting piece for collectors of vintage holiday decorations.
This particular Grand Venture Christmas Candle is especially interesting because it was given to us by the manufacturer to use as a product sample. It was painted in its original color and has been individually inspected and photographed so that you can see the actual blow mold being offered for sale. You are not purchasing a generic example of this design. The photographs show the specific used blow mold you will receive.
A Classic Grand Venture Christmas Decoration
Grand Venture is a well-known name among collectors of vintage blow molds, and this Christmas Candle is a good example of the company’s seasonal decorating products. The tall candle design is well suited to traditional Christmas displays because it can be used as a standalone decoration or incorporated into a larger collection of illuminated blow molds.
At approximately 36 inches tall, this Christmas Candle has enough presence to be noticed in a yard, on a porch, near an entrance, or as part of a larger Christmas display. The maroon candle body provides a traditional holiday appearance, while the green holly decoration adds a familiar Christmas accent. The yellow flame tip completes the look of the illuminated candle when the decoration is lit.
The gold piping that runs around the candle from top to bottom adds another period-style detail. Together, the maroon, green, yellow, and gold colors give this blow mold the distinctive appearance of a vintage Christmas decoration rather than a modern mass-produced holiday ornament.
Designed to Light Up Your Christmas Display
This Grand Venture Christmas Candle is designed to be illuminated from inside. A C7 light cord is included, although the C7 bulb is not included with the purchase. The candle can be used with either a C7 incandescent bulb or a compatible LED bulb, allowing you to choose the type of lighting you prefer for your display.
Uses C7 incandescent or LED light bulbs. UL rated for indoor or outdoor use.
The internal lighting makes this decoration particularly effective after dark. During the daytime, the molded candle shape, maroon finish, holly design, flame tip, and gold detailing provide the decorative appearance. At night, the internal light transforms the candle into a glowing part of your Christmas display.
Because the product is UL rated for indoor or outdoor use, it can be incorporated into many different holiday decorating arrangements. Consider using it on a porch, near an entryway, beside other vintage blow molds, or as part of a traditional outdoor Christmas scene. It can also be displayed indoors where its size and classic styling can become a prominent part of a holiday collection.

Condition of This Used Blow Mold
This is a pre-owned vintage blow mold, not a newly manufactured reproduction. As with any previously owned vintage holiday decoration, minor signs of age or previous use may be present. Those characteristics are part of what makes used blow molds different from new seasonal decorations.
We consider this particular Grand Venture Maroon Christmas Candle to be in very good condition, and the photographs are provided to allow you to examine the actual item before purchasing. We individually inspect our used blow molds rather than treating them as interchangeable new merchandise.
For collectors, decorators, and people who appreciate vintage Christmas decorations, owning a used blow mold can also provide something that a newly produced decoration cannot: an authentic piece of an earlier era of holiday decorating.
A Unique Addition to a Vintage Christmas Display
A 36-inch Christmas Candle can work especially well when combined with other traditional holiday decorations. It can stand on its own as a simple illuminated Christmas accent, or it can become part of a larger display featuring Santa Claus, snowmen, Christmas candles, nativity figures, or other vintage-style decorations.
The candle shape also makes this piece useful when you want to add height to a display without using a large character figure. Placing it near an entrance, along a porch, or among other decorations can create a classic Christmas scene while keeping the overall display focused on traditional holiday imagery.
This is also a limited-availability item. Only one of this specific Grand Venture Maroon Christmas Candle is currently available, so the photographs and description apply to the exact piece being offered.
