Christmas Lights Creations is pleased to announce we will begin shipping to all U.S. Territories on April 1, 2020, including Puerto Rico, Guam, the Marshall Islands, the Northern Mariana Islands, the U.S. Virgin Islands, the U.S. Minor Outlying Islands and American Samoa.
We have also initiated shipping to U.S. Territories in our eCrater store, which offers very competitive rates for small boxes weighing two pounds or less. Orders of this kind will be shipped using the United States Postal Service via standard First Class Mail.
Larger boxes weighing four pounds or more are subject to dimensional size and weight pricing from UPS and the USPS, both of which will be considerably more expensive. Unfortunately there isn’t a cost effective method to ship large boxes at this time.
Please be aware that free shipping is not available for residents of Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the Marshall Islands, the Northern Mariana Islands, the U.S. Virgin Islands, the U.S. Minor Outlying Islands and American Samoa regardless of purchase amount. Shipping costs are provided when products are placed in the shopping cart and customers have entered their address.
For customers shopping in our eCrater store shipping costs are provided for small boxes weighing two pounds or less. For larger boxes weighing four pounds or more customers must contact us at webmaster@christmaslightscreations.com so we can provide you with an exact shipping cost.
Shipping costs are based on current United States Postal Service and UPS rates.
Order processing will take from one to two business days.
Once shipped, your order will arrive between six and 12 business days.
In the event your order is lost or damaged during the shipping process we will refund the amount of purchase, including shipping costs. If the product was damaged we will need photographic evidence before we issue a refund. Photos will also assist us in filing a claim with either the USPS or UPS. We will not ship replacements.
