Refunding Shipping Cost Overcharges

We’ve been having trouble with shipping costs not calculating correctly for larger orders. Without getting technical there is a problem between the plugin and the UPS API that causes the shipping cost amount to be way too high.

Unfortunately we can’t correct the problem before you check out because we won’t know how much the shipping cost will be until we process the order, and that may be 24 to 48 hours.

When this happens we refund you the difference between what was initially charged and the actual shipping cost. We’ll issue the refund via the payment method you used during checkout.

To reiterate, this problem only occurs when there are multiple products in the shopping cart. Customers purchasing one or two products will see the normal shipping cost during checkout.
