It’s hard to believe but the holiday season is upon us, and with that comes additional orders that take us a little longer to process. One of the busiest shopping days of the year is Black Friday, and this year will be no different.
If you place an order with us on Friday, November 25 2016 before 1:00 P.M. Central time, we will ship it same day. Orders placed after 1:00 P.M. on Black Friday and all orders placed on Saturday, November 26 and Sunday, November 27 will ship on Monday November 28 or Tuesday November 29.
As a general rule, between November 15 and December 15 orders will take a little longer to process, usually two to three days. Please keep this in mind when placing an order during this time frame.
Orders placed from December 15 to December 22 are subject to delays due to increased shipping during the holidays. If you place an order during this period, we can not guarantee that your order will arrive before Christmas. Please keep this in mind during the holiday season.
Customers placing orders of $50 or more will receive free UPS Ground shipping. If you need your order sooner we can ship it using an expedited method, but you will be responsible for paying the additional shipping cost. If you need expedited shipping on orders of $50 or more, please contact us and we will provide you with the additional cost.
During the holidays our business hours are 7:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M Central time Monday through Friday and 8:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. on Saturday. We are closed on Sunday. If you wish to purchase products from our warehouse, please contact us 24 hours in advance to make arrangements.
If you contact us after business hours we will respond within 24 hours.
